Joy of Sales Terms and Conditions
Joy of Sales (JoS) is a software application to help you run your business efficiently. It is provided on a monthly license access through our website, where you can view the current pricing. These are the terms and condition on which we grant you access to JoS for the period you have paid or the free trial. Once we start to take payment, we will automatically renew your access until you advise us that you wish to end the contract end the contract.

We are Joy of Sales Limited (JoS) a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 9639465 and our registered office is at 4 Talbots Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 4LZ.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
Our contract with you
After registering on the JoS website, you will be issued with login details, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
Our rights to make changes
We may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
In addition, we may make changes to these terms or the product, but if we do so we will notify you and you may then contact us to end the contract before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.
Your rights to end the contract
JoS is bought on a monthly license, you may terminate your contract at the end of the month, by giving us one month notice. If multiple months have been purchased at a discount, then the contract can be terminated at the end of this period with one months notice.
In the event that a bug in JoS or a JoS server issue materially impacts your use of JoS, we will fix the bug with our best endeavours, as quickly as possible, and extend your license for the lost time. We will not be responsible for damages of any kind.
How to end you contract with us
To end your contract with us please either email us on the address given in the help section after you login or use the contact us page.
Our right to end the contract
We may end the contract at any time if you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due.
In the unlikely event that we are going to stop providing Joy of Sales we will let you know at least 3 months in advance of our stopping the supply of the product and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for products which will not be provided.

Pricing and payment
The price of the product (which includes VAT when applicable) will be the price set out on our website. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
How we may use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
We will only give your personal information to third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.
Other important terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
